FORGIVE ME CH. 17

Hanbin still coughing walked over to the two people who were having a heartfelt conversation. "I think I know where he is."
Chanwoo stepped towards Hanbin his eyes started to get brighter when he heard that Hanbin may know the whereabouts of his brother.
"Tell me if you know."  He was inches away from Hanbin in which Kira had to step in to pull him away.
Hanbin who was taken back by the approach was glad that Kira stepped in. He wasn't sure what this man would do. "I have a friend who works at the city morgue and he may be able to help us out."
Kira looked at Hanbin. "Are you sure?"
Hanbin looked back and forth at the two people standing in front of him. Honestly, he wasn't sure. He just remembers the conversation that he had with Jinhwan.
FLASHBACK
"Hanbin, let me tell you. I arrived to fill out paperwork at the morgue when CSI brought in a man. He had appeared to been shot twice in the head. He was covered with tattoos all over his body as well. And did you know that when they were doing an exterior examination they noticed that his eyes were a distinctive green? Which astonished them since they never seen anything like that before."
BACK
At first, Hanbin didn't really think much about the conversation until he saw Chanwoo's eyes. If his eyes were just like the person that Jinhwan had described then that must be his brother.
Kira stepped up to Hanbin. "Do you think that we can get his body back?"
Hanbin rubbed his neck before applying. "I'm not sure. What I was told that they placed him in a secure location due to the way he was killed."
Chanwoo who slammed his hand on the wall grabbed Hanbin's shirt. "I don't care where he is we need to get him back."
Hanbin swallowed the saliva that was in his mouth. He nodded his head agreeing to help them get back his brother's body. Chanwoo let go of him and turned back to Kira.
"Why are you with him?" Hanbin picked himself up off the ground once more. He noticed that the language that both of them were talking was not English, Japanese or even Korean. It was a totally different language.
"I was stabbed by my "mark." He had poisoned me with a something and he found me." Kira pointed to Hanbin and Chanwoo turned to look at him.
He let out a growl as his eyes glow as well before turning back to Kira. "Are you sure he is not a part of any of the other clans?"
Kira shook her head. "I scooped out his placed and found nothing that states that he is with any clan. And if he was, do you think that he would be alive." She smirked at Chanwoo.
Chanwoo chuckled as he turned to the confused Hanbin. Hanbin tried to listen to what they were saying but couldn't make out the language. He noticed that they were looking at him and he returned back with a wave before turning to look for the bag that he drop.
"Is there anything place to talk?" Chanwoo asked Kira.
Kira motion for Chanwoo to follow her and Hanbin noticed the two walking away and out of the alley. He scratched his head as looked on. He finds the bag of food and rushed behind them.
They were all back at Hanbin's apartment where Hanbin walked towards the kitchen to put away the food that he had brought
They were all back at Hanbin's apartment where Hanbin walked towards the kitchen to put away the food that he had brought. He peeked over to see Kira and Chanwoo talking. He noticed that they were comfortable with each other. A part of him felt hurt. He grabbed the pot out of the cabinet and poured water into it as he placed it on the stove to boil.
"Is your father aware of the incident?" Chanwoo asked Kira.
Kira moved her head down and shook it letting him know that it was no. "You know that he will find out and send people out to look for you."
Kira twiddled her fingers that she had placed on her lap. "I know. But before the mark died, he told me something."
Chanwoo moved closer to Kira and he lowered his head. "What do you mean? What did he say to you?"
"He told me that everything that my father was doing is wrong and I was just a pawn. Something else is going on and I need to find out what it is." Chanwoo placed his hand on her knee.
He knew that Kira could take care of herself but if something that dealt with her father she could be jumping into something dangerous. Just then, Hanbin walked over with the bowls of noodles in hand when he saw Chanwoo's hand on Kira's knee. Something inside of him was boiling and he just couldn't figure it out why.
"Umm...here you go."  He placed the two bowls on the table in front of them and walked away.
As they were eating the food, Chanwoo's eyes noticed the bracelet that Kira was wearing. He saw that one of the stones wasn't brighter than the other ones.
He slurped up the noodle before saying something. "What's wrong with your bracelet?" Kira turned her wrist over to view the stone that he was talking about.
"I don't know. I just realize that it wasn't as bright as the other." She stated as she took a bite.
Chanwoo grabbed her wrist and stared at the stones on the bracelet. In all the time that he knew Kira he never saw anything like this. He turned his head and looked at Hanbin who was sitting at the table with his hand down as he ate his noodles. He narrowed his eyes down at the man who faced away from him. Was there something more about him than what meets the eyes?
